The Bay of Green Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (NERR), joins 30 others across the US, promoting research, education, and conservation efforts. Led by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, it embodies the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) collaborative approach with states and local partners. The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is leading the Bay of Green Bay NERR designation, prioritizing research, education, stewardship, and training to protect the bay's natural resources. My design for the Bay of Green Bay NERR logo incorporates birds, cattails, and water, reflecting the ecosystem's essence. The green color signifies nature's vitality and stewardship, echoing my dedication to preserving this heritage.
My dedication to branding design is evident as I expanded the design by creating a comprehensive visual identity style guide. This guide illustrates how the proposed logo system and brand identity can seamlessly integrate into various promotional and communication materials. Through these designs, I aim to enhance the Bay of Green Bay NERR System's mission by advocating for the conservation of coasts and estuaries through interdisciplinary collaboration and creative expression.
My artwork was displayed at the "19 Dimensional Flows" 2024 Senior Show Exhibition at the Art Garage. The exhibit showcased my dedication to preserving the natural heritage of the Bay of Green Bay through visual branding design.
